Welcome to the Riffculture Help Center. We want your shopping experience to be as smooth as the fabric on our tees. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping, returns, and store policies.

1. Shipping & Delivery

We print and ship our t-shirts, jerseys, and hoodies on demand to ensure the highest quality and reduce waste.

  • Processing Time: All orders take 3–5 business days to be printed and packed before shipping.

  • Standard Shipping: Usually takes 5–10 business days for domestic delivery after dispatch.

  • International Shipping: Available to select countries. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days.

  • Tracking: As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

Note: During peak holiday seasons (like Black Friday or Christmas), processing and shipping times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience!


2. Sizing Guide & Care Instructions

Because we want you to look and feel your best, please review our sizing charts (available on each product page) before purchasing.

Care Instructions for Longevity:

  • Wash: Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors.

  • Dry: Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for the longest life.

  • Iron: If ironing is necessary, iron inside out on the lowest setting. Never iron directly over the printed design.


3. Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn't right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If we made a mistake (e.g., wrong size sent, misprint, or damaged garment), we will send you a replacement at absolutely zero cost to you. Please email support@Riffculture.com with:

  1. Your order number.

  2. A clear photo of the damaged area or the wrong item received.

Sizing Exchanges & Change of Mind

Because our products are made-to-order, we ask that you double-check our size guides before buying. If you still need a different size, contact us. You may be responsible for the return shipping costs.


4. Cancellations & Order Changes

We move fast! Once an order is placed, it is automatically sent to our production queue.

  • If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, you must email support@Riffculture.com within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • After 2 hours, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made, as the item may already be in production.


5. Privacy & Security

Your privacy matters to us. Riffculture uses industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to protect your personal and payment information. We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
