B. Order Fulfillment
Unless stated otherwise on the specific product page, our team takes up to 3 business days to pick, pack, and hand over your order to the carrier.
C. Changing Delivery Address

Before Transit: If you need to update your shipping details, please contact us at support@Riffculture.com within 1 day of placing your order.

After Transit: We are unable to change the delivery address once the package is already in transit.
D. Cancellations

E. Damaged Parcels
